About

I used AI to finish college in under two years.

Now I teach regular people to do their version of that — patiently, in plain English, on your real homework, your real business, and your real questions.

Hi, I’m Suraj Swaminathan.

Most AI advice is written by tech people, for tech people. I started teaching for the opposite reason: regular people don’t need to fear this technology — they just need someone patient to show them how it actually works.

I practice what I teach. I used AI as a study partner to finish UC San Diego in under two years — it didn’t do the work for me, it made my work sharper. That’s exactly what I teach: how to use AI to do your best work, not skip it.

How I work

Three rules I don’t break

Plain English only

If I can’t explain it to a 9th grader or a busy shop owner, I don’t understand it well enough to teach it.

Show, don’t hype

Every claim gets a live demo on your real work. If AI isn’t the right tool for a task, I’ll say so.

Honesty built in

Students learn integrity rules alongside the tools. Businesses learn what never goes into a chatbot.

The promise

My responsible-AI promise

  • To students: I teach AI as a learning tool, never a shortcut around learning. Integrity lines are explicit, every time.
  • To parents: no student accounts without your sign-off; you see the curriculum; you can sit in on any session.
  • To business owners: I’ll tell you what AI can’t do just as clearly as what it can. No tool recommendations for affiliate commissions — ever.
  • To everyone: your data stays yours. I’ll show you the privacy settings, not bury them.
